Inquiry SETOM :
Synthesis of HLEG additional comments following the review of records investigation February 24 to 3:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. by Jean Lelievre, Stanislas Sasiela and RĂ©mi Gicquel in the presence of Mr JP Allaire Commissioner investigator
- 2.1: Transfer Platform Waste Green:
We recall our lack of permanent abandonment of composting facilities provided for this purpose since the construction of the VTC Guichainville.
In addition to financial waste that will pass through 12 who 800t/an truck MTC to new composting centers.
What are the guarantees provided to residents on the absence of odor during storage of green waste on site in the open air for 5 days?
As already mentioned in all other projects under the survey we ask what are the preferred direct delivery to composting centers without transit through the SETOM.
- 2.3: Sorting of dry recyclable waste:
We support a maximum development of waste recycling,
We note that the increase in current capacity of 15 000 to 20 000 tonnes / year will be through change in the amplitude of time.
- 4.1.1: Transfer of bulky and inert DIB:
Why skips a total of 10 000 tonnes / year of bulky they pass by SETOM rather than direct to the final treatment centers?
- 4.1.2: Resumption of DIB:
We do not understand how one can recover 10,000 tons / year of industrial waste poured into the pit of the EVU (they would when soiled) and how to select the loader of incinerators?
Why not send these 10 000 tonnes by taking direct import external 15 000 tonnes / year planned to fill the vacuum oven?
- 4.1.3: Home of waste from small artisans:
no objection to carry 50 tonnes / month of hosting taxed inert small artisans.
- Biomass Boiler SETOM:
We favor the solution of the City of Evreux, which deals directly with the operator DALKIA that supports all related costs,
no additional commitment from the solution of SETOM for creating new buildings, purchase of 5 acres of land for security reasons, or pipeline construction route between SETOM and existing boiler.
